How payment works
Three ways to fund your care
NDIS Funded
If you have an NDIS plan, we invoice the NDIA or your plan manager directly. You pay nothing out of pocket.
NDIS servicesHome Care Package
If you have an HCP, we work within your package budget. Co-contributions follow My Aged Care guidelines.
Home care servicesPrivate Pay
Self-funded clients pay our published private rates. Insurance claimants and DVA clients welcome.

Pricing questions
Are there any setup or cancellation fees?
No. We don't charge setup, exit, or contract fees. You can pause or end services with reasonable notice (typically 14 days for non-urgent services).
How do NDIS rates work?
NDIS rates follow the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements published by the NDIA. We bill the agency or your plan manager directly — no out-of-pocket cost for plan-managed or agency-managed participants.
What about Home Care Package fees?
Home Care Package recipients may be asked to make a basic daily fee or income-tested care fee, calculated by Services Australia. We can help you understand your statement and what's covered.
Do you charge differently for weekends or evenings?
Yes — weekend, evening, and public holiday rates follow the NDIS published price schedule. We provide a clear written quote before any service begins.
